Electric bikes that have been ridden, registered, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or modified bikes

Electrical components (batteries, controllers, motors) once installed

Clearance or final sale items

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping

Lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials. Returns involving batteries must comply with shipping safety regulations. Improper handling or shipping may result in refusal of return.
