At Talaria Electric Bike Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unridden, and in original condition

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and protective materials

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Electric bikes that have been ridden, registered, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or ridden electric bikes

  • Customized or modified bikes

  • Electrical components (batteries, controllers, motors) once installed

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  3. Await return authorization and instructions

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

Talaria Electric Bike Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will be notified once the refund has been completed

If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, a partial refund or denial may apply.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue and packaging

  • We will assess and offer a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy applies


8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If approved:

  • You may be responsible for any price difference

  • Additional shipping fees may apply


9. Battery & Safety Disclaimer

Lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials. Returns involving batteries must comply with shipping safety regulations. Improper handling or shipping may result in refusal of return.
